The Project Vision

Many of DSG's clients have building and renovation plans beyond what can be accomplished in one campaign. DSG is committed to helping clients embrace the long term vision, and to seeking ways in the campaign to address the entire project. This is becoming increasingly important since diocesan resources may be focused on other ministries and services.

Personal Services

Fundraising is a highly personal exercise. DSG consultants are like coaches, teachers, and mentors. We work with our clients in a step-by-step process throughout the campaign. Consultant Resources

We are motivated to enthusiastically advocate the campaigns of our clients. Our energy is directed to helping our clients accomplish their goals, rather than building a fundraising company. We are motivated by consultants who are committed to DSG's mission and the opportunity to serve a client's campaign from start to finish. DSG has no "sales department."

We consult, we direct, we train, and we provide extensive campaign resources. Office staffing is less costly when clients engage local personnel for coordinating, clerical, and secretarial functions. We support and train staff in the necessary procedures, methods, and processes for a successful campaign.

Optimistic Attitude

DSG consultants are positive and expectant about the fundraising potential. Because religion & education historically receive over sixty percent of charitable giving annually, we are optimistic about a client's ability to succeed. We are committed to the success of the project, not just to implement the procedures and methods of the campaign.

Capital Campaigns

We specialize in campaigns that raise funds for new construction, renovations, deferred maintenance, endowment, equipment, land acquisition, memorial gifts, and debt reduction. We assist clients over a defined period of time. This includes pre-campaign, active campaign, and post campaign services. We accomplish our mission through successful campaigns.

Local and Regional

We are a small group. Our commitment is to the local church and educational institutions in the Western United States. To concentrate on serving our client needs first, we don't travel long distances. We provide hands-on specialized resources for our clients. We are available when a client problem arises. We are never more than a short distance away from any client.
